Job Description Are you interested in joining the LEGO® Germany/Austria/Switzerland Demand Planning team on a two-year fixed term contract? Demand planners are key, trusted business partners with good understanding of the commercial business and strong functional technical mastery. By providing additional capacity and capability, you will join this team to deliver accurate forecasts while embracing new technologies and processes and driving significant change! This is a fixed-term contract until end of December 2027. Relocation support is not offered for this role.
Do you have what it takes?
Previous demand planning and/or supply planning experience from FMCG is preferential but not necessary, we are happy to welcome anybody who previously worked with complex data (might be also Finance, Sales/Marketing analysis etc.). Validated analytical skills developed through years of relevant work experience. Person with a passion for digital tools and advanced skills in Excel (including VBA) and Power BI (ability to create dashboards). Enthusiastic collaborator who can communicate and convince diverse audience from commercial business areas. Proven record of the ability to communicate in a way that makes the complex simple. Self-driven person who likes to improve processes and is not afraid to speak up or challenge the status quo. Fluent English required (spoken and written), intermediate German preferred.
