Demand Planner

In this role you will develop and refine demand forecasts for the CMR/HDX sales channels, collaborating with IBP data scientists to ensure accurate planning and alignment with enterprise priorities. You will lead demand reviews, analyze historical trends, and drive improvement actions to maximize sales and inventory turns while enhancing customer experience. The position sits within integrated business planning, connecting marketing, sales, finance, and manufacturing to deliver a cohesive forecast and action plan. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the long-term demand view and ensure data integrity for model inputs.

• Develop and provide reliable demand forecasts using IBP modeling and market inputs
• Coordinate and lead demand review forums with sales and marketing
• Execute demand planning to support forecast accuracy and operational needs
• Analyze historical sales trends and demand drivers to inform planning
• Perform root cause analysis on forecast metrics to identify issues
• Derive consolidated forecasts for unconstrained demand
• Evaluate IBP deviations and their impact on the current plan
• Facilitate best practices and drive consensus among functional experts
• Drive improvement actions and develop stakeholder communications
• Monitor forecast consumption and alignment with business goals

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Extensive knowledge in sales, marketing, or finance; forecasting or planning experience a plus
• Strong executive presence and leadership abilities
• Proven ability to assess complex problems and deliver impactful results
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with managers at various levels
