Department Lead (m/f/d) Industrial IT

We are looking for a Department Lead (m/f/d) Industrial IT at our Emden or Bremen location. Wind Multiplikator – powered by Semco Maritime – is the full‑service provider for offshore wind projects. We offer a wide range of services, from small campaigns to complete O&M services, with core competencies in the management and maintenance of offshore wind farms, and in the turnkey replacement and repair of major components using our jack‑up vessels.

Your Tasks

• You will lead, motivate, and develop your assigned specialists, including capacity planning, goal setting, and regular employee reviews.
• You will be responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, and troubleshooting the Industrial IT infrastructure, including regular performance monitoring.
• You will ensure compliance with work guidelines, occupational safety, health protection, and productivity within your department.
• You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure safe and quality‑oriented execution of tasks in your area, and you will analyze and assess defective parts and signs of wear.

Your Profile

• Qualifications: You have successfully completed an engineering degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or computer science, or you have vocational training with relevant professional experience in the specified area.
• Experience: You bring at least 5 years of experience in the relevant field and in leading a team, with solid knowledge in the standardization of automation technology, communication protocols (IEC standards), and Industrial IT infrastructure.
• Expertise: Experience in industrial automation, video technology, safety systems, network technology, and telecommunications makes you particularly successful.
• Personality: You work in a structured and solution‑oriented manner, respond flexibly to the requirements of our customers and management, and your analytical approach stands out. You look forward to leading a great team.
• Additional skills: Your open and confident communication style, including in English, will help you get off to a strong start in our international company.
