Deputy Attorney General II-V Civil Division/Administrative Law & Education Unit

The Delaware Attorney General's Civil Division seeks a Deputy Attorney General for the Administrative Law and Education Unit to serve as general counsel to administrative boards and commissions, primarily within the Division of Professional Regulation. The role involves providing legal advice on regulatory matters, drafting and reviewing legislation and regulations, attending public meetings, and representing boards in administrative proceedings and court appeals.
