We are currently hiring a Design Manager for Electrical Design.

We seek skilled individuals to solve electrical design challenges in interesting projects within a growing and development‑oriented team.

Responsibilities

• Overall electrical design in diverse industrial and/or property projects.
• Lead the electrical design team and ensure achievement of goals and successful project delivery.
• Participate in sales and tender activities.
• Manage customer relationships and grow the existing customer base through networking and new client acquisition.
• Ensure the quality, functionality, and compliance of design solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in electrical and/or automation engineering.
• At least ten years of experience in the field.
• Previous project leadership experience or ability to quickly take on a leadership role.
• Proficiency with MagiCAD and Revit in design processes.
• Proficient in Finnish and English, the working languages in international projects.
