Development Program Manager (f/m/d), Corporate Processes & IT (Private Cloud Delivery)

What you’ll do

• Responsible together with the leadership team to drive the program and work closely with business and delivery teams to drive end‑to‑end program execution.
• Drive project management topics in specific areas of ownership and manage progress and key outcomes with stakeholders.
• Proactive stakeholder and expectation management; build and maintain a large network across all involved roles on operational level to support collaboration and execution.
• Ensure business readiness and enablement for new offerings, including process changes, stakeholder alignment, and execution tracking.
• Execute against project goals to meet overarching transformational objectives and review impact execution status with the Value Management team.
• Other project management functions such as stakeholder management, conducting workshops leading to identification of dependencies, prerequisites and key design decisions, reporting to management, and managing the end‑to‑end implementation of the solution scope.
• Drive strategic decisions and operationalize them with a clear and concise plan of execution.

What you bring

• Experience leading business transformation initiatives with a focus on delivery and process enablement, change management, and outcome‑driven execution.
• University degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Informatics, Informatics, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines.
• Profound understanding of SAP’s Cloud business, strategy and operations, its services, solutions and organization.
• Proficiency and understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MSPP, MS SharePoint, MS Planner, SAP Solution Manager, Mural, and other MS tools would be an added advantage.
• Certification such as PMI‑ACP, Prince2 Agile, Scrum, SAFe, SAP Activate or any other Agile methodology – highly preferred but not required.
• Very good communication skills at senior executive level to secure buy‑in via active involvement and objective decision making.
• Stakeholder management, leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
• 6+ years of working experience with proven track record in strategic consulting or cloud delivery roles.
• 6+ years of working experience in Project management.
• Good understanding and experience in cross‑SAP solutions integration.
• Knowledge and understanding of SAP Solution Portfolio, SAP Rise Methodology, Cloud & Clean Core Strategy, SAP Lean IX, Signavio and Cloud ALM & SAP Business AI is an added advantage.
• Solid experience in driving critical and cross‑functional projects/programs.
• Track record of conceptual as well as execution capabilities in cross‑unit environment.
• International and cross‑cultural working experience.
