Your tasks

Implementing best practices for automation, scalability, and system reliability on high‑traffic web applications hosted with Kubernetes
Supporting in maintaining customer infrastructure across Kubernetes upgrades and software supply chain changes
Participating in continuous improvement processes, with a focus on supporting full‑stack developers managing complex deployments (in development environment)
Supporting freshcells to adopt and implement DevOps and MLOps best practices: In this position, you will have up to 25% of your working time for learning and experimenting, based on the needs and direction of freshcells

Qualifikation

Expertise with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
Expertise with Helm, including writing and maintaining custom Helm charts
Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform or similar)
Experience running production workloads on Kubernetes
Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with GitOps and continuous delivery tools such as Flux CD
Solid understanding of infrastructure‑as‑code tools (ideally Terraform)
Familiarity with Linux, shell scripting and/or Python
Experience with observability, understanding how to set up and use logging, metrics, tracing, alerting
Experience with creating machine learning pipelines or willingness to learn it on the job
Fluency in English
