As Growth Marketer at enmacc you help accelerate visibility and engagement with niche energy audiences using AI-powered growth. You’ll drive community-led growth, optimize for AI crawlers and search, and manage paid channels with a focus on organic and paid expansion. You’ll collaborate across content, product, and marketing to push the company’s mission of a digital, sustainable energy future. This role combines hands-on growth with strategic experimentation in a fast-growing, creative team.

Build and engage our community through audience-focused, community-led growth
Leverage AI-powered creative tools to accelerate content creation and automation
Own GEO/AEO strategy, conduct keyword research, and improve AI-crawled content quality
Manage website technical optimization (structured data) for AI citation and authority
Oversee paid growth channels with LinkedIn campaigns for niche markets
Drive AI strategy and literacy by testing and implementing new AI tools
Collaborate across marketing to support growth initiatives in a young, agile company

Zentrale Anforderungen

Domain experience in a growth marketing role (agency, B2C, entertainment, gaming or journalism contexts)
ABM Campaign Specialist experience targeting high-value lists
Performance Marketing expertise with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for niche commodities (GoOs, EUAs, EFPs)
Technical SEO & CRO capabilities for website, landing pages, and demo forms
Experience posting native LinkedIn content to drive engagement and followers
Understanding of modern search principles incl. AEO and GEO
