Digital Risk & Threat Intelligence Manager (f/m/d)

In this role you will lead and evolve digital risk monitoring and threat intelligence programs, translating insights into actionable guidance for clients. You will collaborate with incident response, forensics, and legal teams to support investigations and mitigation. You will develop methodologies and contribute to PwC’s Threat Intelligence practice through mentoring and thought leadership. This position combines hands-on threat work with leadership and cross-functional influence to strengthen client cyber resilience.

• Lead deep and dark web monitoring to identify threats, actor behavior, and data exposures; translate findings into client-ready recommendations
• Analyze threat intelligence data and cybercrime trends to produce high-quality reports and mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with incident response, forensics, legal, and client teams to support investigations and incident mitigation
• Develop and enhance dark web monitoring capabilities, including methodologies, SOPs, and go-to-market assets
• Provide mentorship within the team and contribute to PwC network initiatives, whitepapers, blogs, and conference presentations

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC
• At least five years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in threat intelligence, dark web operations, or cyber investigations
• Strong knowledge of deep and dark web ecosystems (TOR, I2P, marketplaces, forums, cryptocurrency transactions, threat actor activity)
• Experience with OSINT tools, Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs), and darknet monitoring solutions
• Fluent English; strong analytical, investigative, reporting, and communication abilities
