Digital Demand Manager (m/w/d)

In this role you drive demand generation for Forterro in the DACH region, focusing on Myfactory and Proffix. You plan, execute, and optimize integrated B2B marketing initiatives across digital campaigns, webinars, events, and targeted content. You work closely with BDR and Sales to ensure measurable pipeline impact and continuously improve campaign effectiveness. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a hybrid, cross‑functional environment, offering a meaningful opportunity to shape growth in a regional market.

• Plan and run B2B demand generation campaigns for Myfactory and Proffix in the DACH market
• Create and adapt campaign content across multiple channels to engage target audiences
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and optimize for pipeline contribution
• Collaborate with BDR and Sales teams in the DACH region
• Improve campaign setups and effectiveness through proactive optimization

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or campaign management
• Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, digital campaigns, webinars, and event formats
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel occasionally to regional offices and events
