Digital & Growth Marketing Manager, German speaking

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale growth strategies across multiple digital channels
• Plan, coordinate and produce high-performing content and conversion-focused copy
• Create and optimize video content for formats such as Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Identify new growth opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and drive tests and experiments
• Conduct keyword, competitor and audience analyses and derive actionable measures
• Work closely with teams such as Product, Design, SEO and Performance Marketing
• Hands-on execution with high quality standards

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Growth, Digital or Lifecycle Marketing
• Proven track record developing, testing and iterating content, SEO or social strategies
• Strong sense for target audiences, digital trends and performance-driven communication
• Confident handling of common marketing and growth tools such as Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Semrush, CapCut, Canva or Meta Business Suite
• Curiosity about how AI can be used to increase efficiency
• Willingness to experiment and ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and maintain an overview
• Excellent command of language, empathetic user communication and clear, understandable copy (German C2, English at least B2)
