As Digital & IT Business Partner, CE Modules (m/f/d), you act as the key interface between regional business leaders and the Information Systems organization. You ensure that digital initiatives and IS projects are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities:

• Act as themain liaison between business teams and the IS organizationwithin the region
• Support business leaders in identifyingtechnology needs and digital opportunitiesthat improve operational performance
• Collect, centralize and prioritizeIS demands and investment requestsin coordination with the BG CIO
• Translate business strategy intodigital roadmaps and IS initiativesfor the region
• Build and manage the regional portfolio of IS projects and applications
• Ensure visibility on project progress, delivery performance and value creation
• Lead and coordinateIS projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, costs and quality standards
• Assess project capacity andallocate resources effectively
• Identify project risks, manage issues andimplement mitigation actions
• Prepare and manage the regional IS budget, including business cases for investments, upgrades and new solutions
• Define and monitorKPIs related to project delivery, IS performance and business impact
• Ensure solutions deliver value throughout their lifecycle and supportuser adoption and continuous improvement
• CoordinateIMS processes, audits and compliance activitieswithin the region
• Support internal and external audits and promotebest practices across regions
• Contribute to the development of IS teams by providingguidance, coaching and feedback
• Master’s degree or Engineering degree, ideally inInformation Systems, IT or Engineering
• Minimum10 years of experience in IT/IS leadership roles within industrial environments
• Experience in sectors similar toautomotive manufacturing or large-scale industrial operations
• Proven experience managingcomplex IS projects or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience working inglobal companies with matrix organizations and multi-regional operations
• Strongbusiness acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions
• Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability toinfluence and drive changeacross different levels of the organization
• Stronganalytical and structured mindset
• Ability toprioritize and manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Strongcontinuous improvement and service-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working withmulticultural and international teams
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally depending on business needs
