Digital Marketing Director

An internationally growing consumer brand with a strong direct-to-consumer business is looking for a leader who brings performance marketing, digital brand campaigns, and CRM together under one roof.

About the Company

The company serves customers across numerous markets in Europe and the US, driving its digital and CRM business with an international team based in the greater Munich area.

Content, UX, merchandising, and brand marketing work closely together to shape the digital customer journey consistently across every touchpoint.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and own the global digital marketing and CRM strategy across performance marketing, digital brand campaigns, and lifecycle communications.
• Steer campaigns across Google, Meta, display, affiliate, and email marketing, ensuring full-funnel impact.
• Scale personalization and marketing automation across the customer journey with leading marketing automations tools and a CDP.
• Lead and develop a growing international team of performance, paid social, CRM, and retention specialists.
• Define and analyze KPIs such as traffic, ROAS, conversion, retention, and CLV to guide continuous optimization.
• Support regional markets, including Europe and the US, with tailored digital strategies aligned to global brand objectives.

Your Profile

• Several years of leadership experience (minimum Teamlead) in full-funnel D2C digital marketing, ideally in an omni-channel environment.
• Proven track record in performance marketing, direct-to-consumer CRM, and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of key digital channels — Google, Meta, display, affiliate — as well as lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making using KPIs like CLV and ROAS.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Flexibility -On-Site
