Digital Marketing Manager, Media

• Plan, execute, and optimize local media activities and contribute to central brand and launch campaign activations
• Develop and deliver tactical campaigns for the German market in collaboration with Sales
• Align marketing efforts with commercial priorities and dealership needs
• Analyze, monitor, and continuously optimize campaign performance, media investments, and conversion rates
• Provide clear reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders
• Act as local website owner and quality gatekeeper
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high standards across digital assets, including localization, translations, UX, and campaign execution
• Manage and collaborate with agencies, HQ teams, and internal stakeholders
• Validate proposals and ensure alignment with global strategies
• Secure high-quality, scalable execution across digital touchpoints, including influencer marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing
• Native-level German with excellent writing and editing skills
• Business fluent English
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with performance data
• Ability to plan, execute, independently manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns and media planning
• Structured, analytical, detail-oriented, and quality-focused working style
• Ability to coordinate global and local teams, agencies, stakeholders, and partners
• Interest in technology and passion for electric mobility
