Digital Product Designer (m/f/x)

In this role you will lead design work from framing problems to delivering polished experiences across mobile and web. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to understand customer needs and drive outcomes using qualitative and quantitative insights. You will evolve our design system to ensure a coherent experience across products and platforms, while collaborating with engineers to maintain quality. You will apply AI thoughtfully in the design process and manage priorities with stakeholders to ship impactful features. • Own design work from problem framing to delivery and iteration
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to understand customer needs and improve outcomes
• Create simple, accessible, engaging experiences including UI, flows, prototypes and interaction details
• Evolve design system for coherence across products and platforms
• Collaborate with engineers with clear specs and design guidance, review final implementation against quality bar
• Use AI responsibly to add value in design processes
• Manage work, communicate progress, and coordinate priorities with stakeholders

• Portfolio showing strong visual craft, product thinking, collaboration, and outcomes
• Experience designing for native mobile and responsive web with platform conventions and constraints
• Discovery, user research and usability testing experience; ability to turn ambiguity into clear design directions
• Excellent Figma skills including components, variables, interactive prototyping and design-system workflows
• English fluency; German is a plus
• Experience in fintech, regulated products, or trust-sensitive domains is a plus
