Direct Buyer (Consumer Electronics) - Freelancer (Fully Remote)

• You will sit at the heart of Grover's procurement team, sourcing devices for the subscription catalogue across Europe.
• You'll work closely with the Head of Procurement and Category Management, with real ownership from day one.

What You Will Contribute:

• Focus on fast-growing categories like smart home, TV, and audio, with exposure to the wider portfolio.
• Source stock at the right price, aiming for a 15–20% discount vs RRP in your first 90 days.
• Shape procurement strategy and attend trade fairs and industry events.

What You Bring:

• 1-4 years of direct buying experience in e-commerce or tech companies.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, comfortable with supplier conversations.
• Analytical mindset, organized, and fluent in English and Lithuanian.
