Director, Advisory - Retail and Consumer Goods, Germany (m/f/d)

EPAM Advisory is where retail and consumer goods strategy meets real engineering execution. We partner with retailers, grocery operators, fashion and lifestyle brands, consumer goods companies and e-commerce platforms. Our work covers modernizing commerce and ERP systems, building AI and data platforms that drive measurable commercial advantage, designing omnichannel experiences and strengthening revenue management and supply chains. What makes us different is the bridge between strategy and delivery. Our consultants work alongside EPAM engineers, data scientists and AI specialists. Recommendations become working platforms, real data pipelines and measurable commercial outcomes, not slide decks. For example: We helped a leading retailer launch a full omnichannel platform in six months, including a click-and-collect pilot across 25 stores. We cut a retailer’s regulatory compliance errors by 80% using machine learning. We are the strategic partner to a global sportswear brand on one of the largest SAP S/4HANA transformations in retail. Germany is a strategic growth market for EPAM and Europe’s largest economy, with a major retail and consumer goods sector. You will have direct access to senior leadership and early commercial responsibility. You will also have the opportunity to build our retail and consumer goods practice in Germany, backed by the scale, AI capabilities and engineering excellence of a global technology leader. As Director, you will own senior client relationships, typically at CTO, CDO, CMO or COO level. You will lead large or multiple concurrent engagements and turn complex business and technology challenges into compelling proposals and measurable outcomes. You will be a recognized voice with clients and in the market, and you will play a direct role in growing our people and our practice.
