Director Business Process Management & Data Governance (m/f/d)

You shape the evolution of our global process and governance landscape, building on an established BPM foundation and advancing data governance and AI-enabled transformation. You lead a worldwide network of process and data stakeholders, aligning business strategy with operational execution and technology to drive measurable value. This role combines process excellence, governance, and digital innovation to impact growth across regions. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver tangible business outcomes and scalable governance.

• Define and advance the enterprise BPM and Data Governance journey on top of an existing foundation
• Develop and mature the BPM & Data Governance operating model, governance structures, roles, and ways of working
• Ensure end-to-end transparency, ownership, and performance management across key processes and value streams
• Lead a global community of process owners and governance stakeholders, driving accountability and alignment
• Act as the primary interface between business and IT to ensure initiatives deliver measurable outcomes
• Drive process excellence through optimization, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement
• Leverage Process Mining, Process Intelligence, and digital tech to identify improvements, create value, and speed decision-making
• Shape the future BPM tech landscape, including evaluating and implementing SAP Signavio

• Several years of leadership experience in BPM, Process Excellence, Data Governance, or related transformation
• Proven track record building BPM organizations, governance models, or enterprise process capabilities in international, matrix contexts
• Strong end-to-end process management and operating model design experience in process-driven sectors
• Hands-on Process Mining, Process Intelligence, automation, or digital transformation experience
• Expertise in BPM methodologies (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma or similar)
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality Management, and Master Data Management
• Familiarity with BPM platforms such as SAP Signavio, Celonis, ARIS, IBM Blueworks or similar
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus
