About the role:
As Director, Own Brands, you own the end‑to‑end business of Redcare Pharmacy's Own Brands portfolio, including our flagship brands Redcare and nu3. You are fully accountable for the business performance and P&L, driving sustainable growth, profitability, and customer value across multiple European markets.
You define the strategic direction of the portfolio and orchestrate the entire value chain, from consumer insights and product innovation through product development, sourcing, quality, supply readiness, market launch, and lifecycle management.
While leading the dedicated Own Brands organization, you drive execution across a broad cross‑functional network, partnering closely with Category Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality & Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams. Many of these functions are not part of your direct organization, making your ability to influence, align stakeholders, and lead through collaboration essential for success.
