DIRECTOR DIGITAL GROWTH | INTERNATIONAL APPAREL & LIFESTYLE COMPANY | CENTRAL SWITZERLAND

We are currently recruiting for a fast-growing international Apparel & Lifestyle Company, looking for a Director Digital Growth to lead and scale its global digital growth strategy.

This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced digital executive with a strong background in performance marketing, customer acquisition, CRM, e-commerce, and digital analytics within international consumer and apparel brands.

The successful candidate will support the company’s next growth phase by driving profitable customer acquisition, improving retention, and optimizing digital performance across a growing DTC and e-commerce environment. We are looking for a hands‑on leader able to combine strategic vision with strong analytical capabilities and execution excellence .

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global digital growth strategies across acquisition, retention, and conversion channels.
• Drive profitable revenue growth through performance marketing, CRM, and customer lifecycle initiatives.
• Manage digital growth budgets and optimize key metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, and contribution margin .
• Lead and optimize paid media activities across social, search, display, affiliate, and other acquisition channels.
• Oversee CRM, customer retention, segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle automation strategies .
• Drive website performance and conversion rate optimisation initiatives , including testing and customer journey improvements.
• Build forecasting, attribution, KPI dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support data‑driven decision‑making and improve business performance.
• Lead and develop internal digital growth capabilities while managing external agencies and strategic partners.
• Partner closely with Brand, Product, Finance, and Executive teams to support international growth and commercial objectives .

The Ideal Candidate:

• Ideally 7+ years of experience in Digital Growth, Performance Marketing, E‑commerce, or related leadership roles.
• Previous experience within apparel, activewear, lifestyle, wellness, sporting goods, or DTC brands is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of scaling international e‑commerce businesses and managing multi‑channel acquisition strategies.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing, CRM, customer retention, digital analytics, attribution, and conversion optimisation .
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms, digital analytics, CRM, and marketing technology ecosystems .
• Experience managing significant media budgets and external agency relationships.
• Highly analytical, commercially driven, and comfortable balancing brand‑building with performance objectives .
• Hands‑on, entrepreneurial, and results‑oriented leadership style with a strong ownership mentality and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent in English; German and other languages are considered a plus.
