Responsibilities:

• Lead and Management of IT Service Management organization
• Provide a holistic IT Service Management framework for Corporate IT including efficient IT service set up and IT service operations
• Designing and implementing professional IT Service Management (e.g. central provisioning, monitoring and controlling of IT Services to internal customers)
• Management of external IT Service providers
• Development & operation of IT service process framework (ITIL based)
• IT Service Portfolio Management (SPM)

Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science or comparable proven job-experience
• Minimum 10 years experience in IT Service Management industry (internal/external)
• Experience in design and implementing ITIL process frameworks in organization and deep understanding of IT Service Management processesnow how in Identity Management / IT Authorization Management and expertise in Software Asset Management
• Strong Leadership experience and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Negotiation skills / management of external providers
