Director IT Data & Analytics (Fully Remote)

• Lead the enterprise data and analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and organizational priorities.
• Oversee data engineering, reporting, dashboards, semantic models, curated datasets, and analytics platforms that support informed decision‑making.
• Partner with business leaders, IT teams, compliance, and operational stakeholders to identify high‑value initiatives and deliver impactful data solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in data engineering, analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise technology environments.
• Demonstrated success leading and coaching technical teams while managing complex enterprise data initiatives.
• Hands‑on knowledge of enterprise reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent BI platforms.
