Director Marketing (f/m/d)

As Director of Marketing at Aenova, you will craft and drive the global marketing strategy to support growth and commercial priorities. You’ll shape our brand as a leading CDMO partner and ensure consistent messaging across markets, channels, and events. You will analyze market trends, oversee digital channels, and lead a high-performing marketing team to deliver measurable pipeline impact. This is a strategic, cross-functional role at the Starnberg headquarters with a strong impact on global growth.

• Define and lead the global marketing strategy aligned with growth ambitions and commercial priorities
• Translate strategy into targeted marketing initiatives to expand reach, generate qualified leads, and support revenue
• Strengthen and evolve brand positioning as a leading CDMO partner
• Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across markets and touchpoints
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the global CDMO market
• Oversee digital channels including the corporate website and social media
• Define and execute a global events strategy for customer engagement in strategic markets
• Lead and develop the marketing team with clear performance metrics and impact on commercial success

• Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Extensive experience in strategic marketing leadership in pharmaceutical, healthcare, CDMO, or related B2B industries
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies driving commercial growth and pipeline generation
• Experience with digital platforms and CRM systems supporting marketing effectiveness
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving with ability to translate objectives into marketing initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior-level interactions
• Highly proactive, self-driven with ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
