Responsibilities

• Senior HR leader/advisor to select clients in startup and transformation stages
• Lead complex HR initiatives across compliance, benefits, and talent management
• Oversee internal HR service delivery processes
• Mentor and grow HR team members

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong people leader with a track record of mentoring
• Prior experience in an HR consulting firm
• Comfortable balancing strategy and execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deep knowledge of employment law and compliance (multi-state required; CA experience strongly preferred)
