Director of Product, Enterprise (Remote) (Fully Remote)

• Own the multi-year vision and roadmap for ezCater's enterprise meal solutions, driving growth and retention.
• Set investment priorities across a multi-product portfolio, balancing platform capabilities with speed-to-market.
• Define metrics, signals, and playbooks to flag upsell opportunities and churn risks, partnering with cross-functional teams.

What You Have:

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading B2B products for large organizations.
• 2+ years managing and developing PMs, building high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen and experience running a major product line, with understanding of enterprise needs like SSO, governance, and integrations.
