Director On Farm Solutions Europe (gn)

Your Role

You will shape how innovative animal nutrition solutions reach the farm gate across Europe—combining strategic leadership with real market impact. This role is for a commercially minded builder who wants to lead people, grow markets, and turn on‑farm insight into sustainable business success.

How you contribute to our mission

• You convince with a clear, best proven strategy on how to best access the market
• You manage existing distributor relationships, intense these and develop new ones
• To expand distribution channels, you identify potential partners and acquisition targets
• Your passion is selling: around 50 % of your time is spent in the market
• Your second passion is leading: you will guide the European On Farm Solution Team to success
• You prepare a budget for your Business Unit and response its compliance

What you should bring to this position

• You understand the On Farm Market: you know the players, the needs & obstacles as well as the products and can look back at +15 years of experience in Animal Nutrition, Animal Health and have a significant network of large farmers
• You have proven expertise in Distribution Management
• A selling and convincing talent is part of your character
• You like to reach goals as a team: you have strong leadership skills
• You are fluent in English, German language skills are an advantage
