Director, Product Management - Privileged Access Management

Own the complete lifecycle of key product areas, from initial concept and strategic roadmap to successful launch and ongoing evolution.
Deeply understand customer needs and market dynamics to define compelling product requirements that engineering teams can build upon.
Develop and refine product strategies that clearly articulate competitive advantage and unlock new market opportunities.
Collaborate closely with engineering and design to ensure delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable identity security solutions.
Work with Sales and Marketing to craft go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
Leverage data and insights, including AI-driven analytics, to monitor product performance and identify areas for enhancement.
Act as a key advisor and advocate for product areas, building relationships and driving adoption.
Champion new product initiatives by articulating their value proposition and strategic importance.

Proven experience in defining and managing software product roadmaps and requirements.
Deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and solutions.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their implications for product development.
Experience with API design and integration strategies.
Ability to interpret technical documentation and engage in detailed product discussions with engineering.

15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 12 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated success in launching and managing complex B2B SaaS products.
Experience working closely with engineering teams in an Agile development environment.
Track record of conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
