Build High-Impact Teams : Hire, mentor, and grow engineering leaders; foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with Product, Security, and Operations to deliver enterprise-ready solutions.
Own Operational Excellence : Improve CI/CD, observability, and incident response; optimize for speed without sacrificing stability.

Proven Leadership: 10+ years in software development, 5+ years leading multiple teams and managers.
Technical Depth: Experience building distributed, real-time, or networking-heavy software systems.
Domain Expertise: Preferred background in remote connectivity or real-time streaming technologies.
AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML into products or engineering workflows.
Security Mindset: Familiarity with secure coding practices and compliance frameworks.
Zero-Trust & Compliance: Strong understanding of zero-trust security principles and enterprise compliance requirements.
Influence & Communication: Ability to articulate technical concepts to executives and stakeholders.
