Director, Transaction Advisory Services

As Director in the Financial Due Diligence team in Frankfurt, you will lead due diligence engagements, guide junior staff, and advise clients on pre- and post-acquisition issues. You’ll identify new business opportunities and help shape services for clients while collaborating across cross-functional teams. • Lead on due diligence engagements and support the team
• Deliver highly technical advisory projects under partner supervision
• Coach, mentor, and counsel junior staff
• Advise clients on pre- and post-acquisition transaction issues
• Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships
• Contribute to developing services for clients

• Experience in related accounting or finance fields
• Bachelor in Accounting or Finance (or MBA)
• Financial Due Diligence experience for private equity and strategic buyers
• CPA strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Interpersonal and client relationship skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Willingness to travel
