Director Transaction Advisory / Strategy (m/f/d)

In this role you drive international commercial and digital due diligence for buy- and sell-side transactions and shape the value story for private equity portfolio companies. You collaborate with PE clients to analyze digital business models, design value-creation initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional project work. You assess AI's impact on business models and lead teams through workshops, analyses, and solution design. You will grow with the firm and help recruit and develop high-potential managers while delivering measurable digital transformations.

• Lead international commercial/digital/tech/data due diligence reports for buy- and sell-side transactions
• Analyze digital business models for private equity clients in an international context
• Develop equity stories and digital value-creation initiatives for portfolio companies
• Identify client needs, structure problems, and independently develop solutions
• Assess strategic impact of AI on business models and applications
• Lead project teams and coordinate with external parties
• Organize core activities (workshops, meetings, research, stakeholder engagement, analyses, design) for external and internal projects
• Supervise and develop the team and support recruiting for new/high-potential managers

• University degree with excellent grades in business, economics, computer science or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in digital strategy consulting, transaction advisory or digital marketing
• Strong affinity for technology including digital marketing, technology or AI
• Strong customer orientation and ability to mediate between client and company
• Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Service-oriented, communicative team player with passion for work
• Fluent English; regional languages are an advantage
