Vice President Transaction Advisory / Strategy

In this role you lead and grow the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team, shaping end-to-end due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions and aligning strategy with client goals. You drive business development, project execution, and profitability while building internal know-how and partnerships with private equity funds. You will contribute to sales, develop AI-enabled services, and represent the team at events, collaborating with leadership and People & Culture to attract top talent. • Lead strategic direction and development of the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team
• Own customer acquisition, staffing, project prioritization, execution, profitability and client satisfaction
• Manage end-to-end delivery of international Commercial / Digital / Tech / Data Due Diligence projects for buy-side and sell-side
• Define client strategy and requirements; ensure smooth project implementation
• Advance internal know-how (Thought Leadership) and establish partnerships with PE funds
• Standardize processes and templates; implement QA for ongoing or new solutions
• Contribute to sales activities and pitch new (AI) services
• Collaborate with Leadership Team; represent team at events, trade shows, and universities
• Support People & Culture on recruitment and team development

• 8+ years of professional experience in (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or digital marketing
• University degree in a related field; MBA advantageous
• Expert knowledge of tech, marketing and AI; up-to-date on industry trends
• Proven leadership, team coordination and project management skills
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities; structured, results-oriented work style
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Service-oriented, collaborative team player with high self-responsibility
