International Private Bank - New Client Development Specialist - Senior Associate/ Vice President - (all genders)

In this role, you drive the early engagement of potential Private Banking leads sourced from paid media and sponsorships, guiding their first introductions with J.P. Morgan International Private Bank. You’ll collaborate with Marketing to shape client acquisition strategies and work across Europe and Asia to nurture a high‑quality, personalized journey. You support cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience while upholding risk and privacy standards. You are motivated by improving the client experience and influencing outcomes at scale.

• Engage and nurture Private Banking leads to exemplify the firm’s commitment to excellence
• Research and qualify leads through data analysis and due diligence to route to the right market or advisor
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Intelligence to design targeted client acquisition campaigns
• Manage relationships with Market Managers and stakeholders to ensure a consistent, high-impact experience
• Analyze BD activities and report plans, engagement, and conversion metrics to Senior Management; provide data-driven recommendations
• Uphold risk management, regulatory compliance, and privacy standards across regions

• 5 years+ in a client-facing role within Marketing or Private Banking
• Excellent interpersonal, multicultural communication, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with ability to influence and build partnerships
• Strong program management, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish
