Vice President / Senior Manager (m|w|d) - Corporate Strategy

In this role you will lead strategic, growth and transformation initiatives across Voith's businesses and progressively assume a leadership position within the Group. You will engage with senior decision-makers to align, prioritize and drive strategic topics. You will shape growth opportunities, profitability, and competitive positioning through cross-functional collaboration. The role offers exposure to senior leadership and opportunities to influence the M&A strategy and major strategic initiatives.

• Lead global corporate strategy projects to define and implement the company's strategy with stakeholders from management board to regional leaders
• Head cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, enhance profitability, and develop actionable plans
• Drive the strategic planning process with senior leadership to set long-term goals and priorities
• Conduct market research to inform decisions via industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes
• Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives
• Develop and implement the M&A strategy in collaboration with the M&A team and Divisions

• Master’s degree or MBA or equivalent
• Over four years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, able to present complex ideas clearly to senior management
• Self-motivated and structured with end-to-end thinking
• Positive, collaborative and open team spirit
• Excellent English; German is a plus
