Credit Services, Vice President

You will structure, underwrite, and manage Fund Finance credit arrangements for new and renewal transactions, working closely with risk, legal, and operations teams. The role focuses on delivering credit solutions for a diverse client base across syndicated, bilateral, and agented facilities, while maintaining strong portfolio oversight. You will influence client outcomes through effective negotiation and precise documentation, supporting State Street’s credit strategy. This position offers a cross-border, hybrid work setup in Milan with options in Germany or Luxembourg.

• Structure, underwrite, negotiate, and manage credit arrangements for new and renewal transactions
• Provide portfolio oversight and management reporting
• Communicate on client transactions and key initiatives
• Collaborate with Credit Risk, Legal, GCF Loan Operations, and GCF Middle Office on issues

• Lending industry knowledge in Fund Finance
• Fund Finance structuring experience
• Expertise in LMA legal documentation and credit underwriting
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
• Client-facing mindset and high attention to detail
• Knowledge of EU and UK regulatory frameworks
• Minimum 8+ years of Credit/Fund Finance lending experience
• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Maths
