Vice President, Valuation Services

As Vice President in Valuation Advisory Services, you will lead complex business valuations, financial damages analyses, and related modelling to support clients. You will guide methodology selection, build and review robust financial models, and draft expert valuation reports. You’ll mentor staff, manage client engagements, and foster strong relationships with current and prospective clients. You will bring industry insight, engage with cross‑functional teams, and help shape Kroll’s valuation practice in a collaborative, global environment. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful impact on high‑stakes engagements and contribute to a leading risk and financial advisory firm.

• Manage valuation and financial analysis including selecting methodologies and building/reviewing financial models
• Draft valuation and expert reports and oversee their quality
• Supervise and develop staff on analyses, reports, and presentations
• Identify and communicate potential engagements to management
• Conduct client interviews to gather data for engagements
• Provide industry, market, and competitor insights to inform valuations
• Build and maintain client relationships and serve as primary contact for clients

• Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or Economics or MBA
• 5-6 years constructing and reviewing valuation and other financial models (e.g., DCF, DDM, comparables, stock options, intangible assets)
• Leadership experience in managing client relationships and mentoring staff
• Experience with litigation support is a plus
• CFA and/or CVA or similar designations are a plus
• Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
• Working knowledge of S&P Capital IQ and/or Mergermarket
• Fluency in English and German
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with diverse teams
