Vice President (m/f/d) Equity Rebalancing

In this role you own a portfolio of quantitative equity indices and serve as a trusted advisor to a global client base. You will drive accurate index rebalancing, translate complex concepts for cross-border clients, and lead continuous improvement of index management and client support. You’ll collaborate with Data, Engineering, and Product to deliver end-to-end solutions, shaping how clients implement strategies in a fast-paced fintech environment. • Oversee a portfolio of quantitative equity indices and ensure timely rebalancing
• Act as senior point of contact for international clients on index methodologies and strategies
• Lead resolution of client inquiries and complex index-related issues with clear guidance
• Drive operational efficiency and scalability across index management and client support
• Collaborate with Data, Engineering, and Product for end-to-end delivery and client requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in equity markets execution, portfolio management, or index management
• Strong understanding of equity markets, ETFs, index construction, or systematic investment strategies
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex topics to diverse audiences
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle time-sensitive workflows
• Team-oriented with intercultural competence
• Proficiency in Python (asset)
