Fixed Income Division MSEHSE COO- Vice President

In this role you lead business planning and strategy for the MSEHSE Fixed Income Division, aligning resources with the Group Strategy. You will collaborate with the COO team and regional stakeholders to monitor performance, risks, and controls. You’ll shape operating procedures, reporting, and governance to support senior leadership and client-facing activities. This is a chance to influence the division’s execution within a global bank and drive cross-functional collaboration and risk-aware decision making.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of plans aligned with Group Strategy and Division objectives
• Prepare regular performance, risk, and operations reports for senior leadership
• Oversee systems and controls for risk identification, quantification, mitigation, and management
• Promote a culture aligned with Group values and market integrity within the division
• Establish and manage targeted client relationships and oversee material transactions
• Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies

• Bachelor in STEM or Economics
