Your Tasks:

• Processing supplier inquiries and orders
• Negotiating contracts, prices, and delivery dates with suppliers
• Planning and creating production orders
• Comprehensive support of production orders in collaboration with production teams and business units
• Creating and monitoring production schedules
• Ensuring timely material procurement
• Communication and coordination with internal departments and external suppliers
• Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels
• Monitoring complaint management

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Professional experience in purchasing and/or production planning
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
• Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
• Very good German and English skills
