Dual site manager Stuttgart

We are looking for an experienced Dual site store manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a flagship retail environment in Stuttgart city center and Breuninger concession. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining commercial performance, team development, client experience and operational excellence .

The Role:

• Lead and motivate the store team, driving performance through clear targets and KPIs.

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring high standards across customer experience, presentation and processes.

• Recruit, train, coach and develop the team, including scheduling and workforce planning.

• Manage stock, inventory, replenishment and loss prevention.

• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.

• Build strong relationships with customers and support local events and community initiatives.

• Monitor sales performance and reporting, taking action to maximise commercial results.

About You:

• 3+ years of experience in a retail management position .

• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, positive and coaching-oriented approach.

• Commercially driven, with a proven understanding of KPIs, targets and sales performance .

• Highly organised, reliable and customer-focused.

• Fluent in English and Dutch .

• Comfortable using retail technology and reporting tools.

• Available to work 40 hours per week, including one weekend day .
