Responsibilities

You keep our e-commerce operations running across all three brands
Shopify backend operations: manage the Shopify stores for all three brands
Marketplace management: oversee presence on Amazon, Otto and others
Product & catalog maintenance: ensure complete and accurate product data
Operational execution of campaigns: seasonal promotions and new product launches
Email marketing operations: implement newsletters and automated flows in Klaviyo
Customer service: support in operational customer service
Operational interface: work closely with marketing, product management and logistics

Requirements

Experience in operational e-commerce, ideally with Shopify and/or online marketplaces
Confident handling of the Shopify backend: product creation, content maintenance
Experience in marketplace management (e.g., Amazon Seller Central)
Experience working with Tradebyte (e.g., TB.One) for marketplace integration and control
Experience with Klaviyo or comparable email marketing tools is an advantage
Structured, careful and reliable working style
Good written and spoken German, good English
Hands‑on mentality

Demonstrates expertise in operational e‑commerce management, particularly with Shopify and online marketplaces, ensuring accurate product data and effective campaign execution. Proficient in email marketing operations using Klaviyo and capable of collaborating across marketing, product management, and logistics.
