E-Commerce Tech & Operations Manager – Full-time

Stellenbeschreibung:

You are responsible for the stable operation of our entire e-commerce and systems landscape and actively drive its development.
At the core you combine: Tech Operations & e-commerce system administration, development of AI & automation, process optimization across all departments, management of external partners, and technical project work.
You ensure systems run smoothly, processes are efficient, and technology actively contributes to growth.
Operation and development of our OXID eShop and related systems.
Monitoring, error analysis, and rapid problem resolution.
Management and quality assurance of the shop agency (briefings, QA, sign-offs).
Technical development together with external partners.
Building workflows with n8n, AI tools, and integrations.
Automation of processes across teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Warehouse).
Introduction of new tools and systems to increase efficiency.
Technical point of contact for all teams.

Requirements

Strong technical understanding of systems (e-commerce environment)
Experience with web technologies and digital processes
Hands-on experience with the mentioned tech stack
Understanding of automation and process thinking
Proactive team spirit
Structured, analytical, and pragmatic working style
Solution-oriented rather than problem-focused
German C2 & English C1
Tech operations all-rounder / e-commerce web developer with a business focus
IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent experience
Career changers with strong practical experience. Level: Intermediate to Senior
