Project Manager – Packaging (f/m/d) for full-time position

At HAJOK Design, we have been developing packaging and brand identities for national and international brands such as Adelholzener, Fressnapf, Kühne, Melitta, Rewe and Unilever for almost 30 years. With a team of around 45 strategists, designers and packaging specialists, we combine creative ideas with high-quality design and a genuine passion for brands.

Since 2026, HAJOK Design has been part of Spring CC and the Spring Family – Denmark's largest agency group by revenue.

We're looking for aProject Manager – Packaging (f/m/d), based in Hamburg or the surrounding area, to join us full-time who thrives on bringing people together, keeping projects moving smoothly and helping us create outstanding work for our clients.

What you can look forward to

Taking ownership of packaging design projects from initial briefing through to successful delivery

Acting as the key link between clients, our creative team, artwork and external partners

Planning and coordinating project schedules, budgets and resources to ensure everything runs seamlessly

Preparing proposals, cost estimates and project plans

Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and helping us continuously refine our processes

Building trusted client relationships and guiding projects confidently through every stage

What we're looking for

At least 5 years’ experience in project management in a branding or packaging agency

A keen understanding of brands, design processes and the FMCG market

Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain an overview even in complex projects

Excellent communication skills, confidence in negotiations and a passion for collaborating with clients and teams

Experience in managing budgets, timelines and resource planning

Basic knowledge of printing techniques

Fluency in German and good English

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
