At HAJOK Design, we have been developing packaging and brand identities for national and international brands such as Adelholzener, Fressnapf, Kühne, Melitta, Rewe and Unilever for almost 30 years. With a team of around 45 strategists, designers and packaging specialists, we combine creative ideas with high-quality design and a genuine passion for brands.

Since 2026, HAJOK Design has been part of Spring CC and the Spring Family – Denmark's largest agency group by revenue.

We're looking for a talented Senior Designer Packaging (f/m/d) based in Hamburg or the surrounding area, to join our team full-time. If you're passionate about developing brands, bringing fresh creative ideas to the table and designing packaging that truly stands out on the shelf, we'd love to hear from you.

What you can look forward to

• Design conception and development of high-impact design solutions


• Implementation of creative design projects (in close co-operation with the consultancy and project team)


• Delivery of internal design and coordination presentations


• Preparation and creation of client presentations

What we're looking for

• Completed design / graphic studies or a comparable qualification


• At least 6 years professional experience in the field of packaging design


• Creative talent and conceptual strength


• Very good knowledge of the relevant design programs


• Experience with AI tools to optimise concepts and designs


• Organisational talent, communication strength and persuasiveness


• Commitment, team spirit, sense of responsibility and self-initiative


• Good knowledge of German and English
