Responsibilities

• Drive functional engineering excellence via process and tool standardization
• Establish a center of excellence in electrical engineering
• Mentor and develop engineers across the organization
• Lead training and change management initiatives
• Optimize product lifecycle across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in R&D technical engineering roles or a PhD in a relevant engineering discipline with 5 years of industry experience
• Demonstrated track record of leadership and delivering results
• Experience leading globally distributed teams
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to drive change in a distributed environment
• Collaboration and relationship‑building skills
