Responsibilities Manage and support tendering procedures and contract arrangements Develop detailed tender packages, including documentation and assembly Prepare pricing schedules and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for tenders Oversee the tender process with all relevant stakeholders Review and evaluate tender submissions to recommendation stage Conduct tender clarifications and lead negotiations with bidders Produce tender evaluation reports and provide recommendations Assist with finalising and formalising contract agreements Ensure adherence to procurement governance and compliance requirements Coordinate with design teams to secure all required tender information Identify and mitigate commercial risks during procurement Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the process Handle supplier contract administration during construction phases Must-have Requirements Demonstrable experience as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor on large projects Strong knowledge of tendering, procurement, and commercial risk management Proficiency in preparing BoQs and handling contract negotiations Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines Fluency in English and willingness to work on-site in Frankfurt Nice-to-have Skills Experience within data centre, industrial, or similar technical environments Awareness of European procurement standards Familiarity with cost control tools or software Benefits Highly competitive hourly rate (€80110) Opportunity to work on an internationally recognised project Long-term contract with potential for extension Apply Now Ready to take the next step in your career?
