Electrician as a Service Technician (m/f/d) - Greater Hamburg Area

We are looking for a candidate to join a well‑known company in the electrical industry, based in Gütersloh, as soon as possible.

Working closely with internal departments, you will maintain and repair high‑quality household appliances directly at our customers' homes
You’ll apply your expertise to quickly diagnose problems and implement technical solutions independently and reliably as part of our customer service team
You will carefully document your service calls, thereby contributing to efficient processes in our field service operations
In addition, you’ll contribute ideas for improvement based on your daily service experience and actively optimize our repair service
Working closely with your colleagues, you’ll regularly participate in training sessions, team meetings, and joint customer service calls to continuously expand your expertise.

A completed vocational training program in the electrical field, e.g., as an electrician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, electrical installer, or power electronics technician
Enjoyment of working with customers, as well as a solution-oriented, structured approach to work in technical service
Reliability, a sense of responsibility, and a respectful demeanor
Residence in the greater Munich area and willingness to work in the field, including a Class B driver’s license
Very good German language skills and an open, service-oriented demeanor when interacting with customers
