Email & SMS Strategist (Fully Remote)

• Own campaign email content including subject lines, headers, and CTAs across all major marketing moments.
• Manage lifecycle email programs: welcome series, post-purchase nurture, cart abandonment, and re-engagement.
• Monitor deliverability metrics and report on email performance with actionable insights.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience with an ESP like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Braze.
• Demonstrated understanding of lifecycle email programs and email performance metrics.

Who You Are:

• A strong marketer who writes emails that get opened, read, and clicked.
• Fluent in email as a channel, including deliverability and list health.
• Comfortable with data and able to draw insights from performance metrics.
