Embedded Software Engineer - German Speaker

An Embedded Software Engineer is sought by a leading engineering organisation to be based at its R+D Centre in Essen. The Embedded Software Engineer will be responsible for the development of software in C and C++ used in industrial IoT, medical devices and mobile devices.

The Embedded Software Engineer will also be working with customer software and hardware teams.

After completing the technical education, the candidate must have gained 4+ years of hands‑on embedded software and C/C++ development. The candidate should have in‑depth knowledge of embedded operating systems (Linux, FreeRTOS, VxWorks); exposure to bare‑metal level programming will be beneficial. Excellent English skills are required and the candidate should also speak German at a minimum C1 level.
