With our wide range of machinery for digital, sheet-fed offset and web offset printing, we can produce all page counts and formats – from print runs of 1 to tens of millions.To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a motivated and service-oriented employee (m/f/d) to join our internal sales team as soon as possible.

• Contact person for our existing customers and first point of contact for new customers
• Independent processing of customer inquiries, quotations and orders
• Creation of calculations as well as preparation and follow-up of offers
• Close cooperation with field service, project management and production
• Maintenance of customer data in the CRM system
• Schedule and delivery monitoring and coordination of internal processes
• Support with sales campaigns and market analyses

What you bring with you

• Professional experience in printing or pre-press or as a media consultant
• Experience in internal sales or customer service is required
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills in German, other languages are welcome
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office; experience with CRM systems an advantage
• Team spirit and pleasure in dealing with customers
