Employer Branding & Internal Communications Specialist / Senior Specialist (m/f/d)

As our Employer Branding & Internal Communications Specialist, you’ll bring our employer brand to life while helping to build the internal communication landscape of a fast-growing greenfield organization.

Working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition and our global headquarters, you’ll translate our global values into authentic local communication that inspires both current and future employees.

Your focus is on employer branding, employee experience and internal communications – not corporate PR.

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

• 1. Professional experience in Employer Branding or Internal Communications.
• 2. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging content for different audiences.
• 3. Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken).
• 4. A hands‑on mindset with the motivation to turn ideas into action and deliver results.
• 5. The ability to work effectively with international stakeholders in a multicultural environment.

It would be a plus if you also have:

• 1. Experience building internal communication channels (e.g. intranet, newsletters, employee communication platforms).
• 2. Experience with social media, employer branding campaigns or digital content creation.
• 3. Experience in a growing, international or greenfield environment.
